The neoom Award is an annual award presented by neoom GmbH (Free City, Freistadt, Upper Austria) to honour partners, companies, municipalities, energy communities and private individuals that actively drive the energy transition. Projects are entered by application; winners present their project on stage at neoom's own event.

Four categories: Newcomer of the year · High Performer · Sustainability Leader · Innovator of the year

2026 cycle (as published on the official German page, neoom.com/award):

• Submission deadline: extended to 10 March 2026 ("Einreichschluss - Verlängert bis 10.3.2026")
• Award ceremony: at #neoomlive07, Free City Freistadt, Austria - no specific date published
• The English page still reads "DEADLINE - Coming Soon" and "Award Ceremony at #neoomlive06 2026", i.e. the EN version lags the DE version.

• 2023 - Unimarkt Waldhausen (Innovator), Convoltas AG (Newcomer), energyforlife GmbH (High Performer), Linz Energieservice GmbH (Sustainability Leader)
• Winners have been announced every year since 2020.
