Engineering Design Expo

The Engineering Design Expo (Capstone Expo) is the signature annual event of CU Denver's College of Engineering, Design, and Computing, where graduating senior engineering students present year-long capstone projects to a panel of industry professionals and alumni. The 2026 expo was held May 8, 2026 at the Lola & Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center / CU Denver North Classroom in Denver, Colorado. The event showcases projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, biomedical, computer science, and construction management disciplines. The next edition's date has not yet been announced (typically held each spring); this record is renewed while awaiting the 2027 schedule.
