What the event is

"Engineering Expo" is the English name of the specialised Russian exhibition «Инженерные системы» (Engineering Systems). It presents technological solutions and developments in the design and operation of building engineering systems and is held simultaneously with the international construction and interior exhibition "Строим Дом" (Building a House) - same pavilion, same days - as one of its specialised sections (the other sections being the real-estate exhibition and the Interior Salon).

Sections: ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, heating, gas supply, automation, heat supply, smoke removal, power supply, cold supply, sewerage, fire safety.

Verification chain

1. The organiser's own page for this exhibition (exposfera.spb.ru/projects1/engineering_expo_new/) states that the next exhibition will take place 23-35 October 2026 (an obvious typo for 23-25 October 2026) and that the show runs together with "Строим Дом"; venue block gives EXPOFORUM, Pavilion G, Peterburgskoye shosse 64/1.
2. ExpoSfera's front page and its 36th "Строим Дом" page both give 23-25 October 2026, 11:00-18:00, EXPOFORUM, Pavilion G; the front-page banner explicitly lists "Выставка Недвижимости - Инженерные Системы - Интерьерный Салон" for those dates.
3. EXPOFORUM's official calendar (expoforum.ru/en/calendar/) lists the umbrella event "Строим дом. Осень 2026" on 23-25 October 2026 in Pavilion G; the section itself has no separate calendar row, which is why a venue-only search finds nothing.
4. Third-party listing workevent.ru agrees (23-25 October 2026, Pavilion G). eventhubs.ru's "25-26 October" is inconsistent and was not used.
5. Previous known edition of the series: 26-27 October 2024 at EXPOFORUM (aggregator record); the spring edition is held in April (25-26 April 2026).

Corrections applied to this record

The stored websiteUrl (https://www.expoforum.ru/en/events/) is a 404 page on the venue site - the venue's live programme sits at expoforum.ru/en/calendar/ - and it never pointed at this exhibition. It has been replaced with the organiser's own exhibition page. Placeholder dates 2020-01-01 were replaced by the announced autumn 2026 edition. The English brand name "Engineering Expo" is confirmed by the organiser (the Russian brand is «Инженерные системы»).
