Environmental Federation of Oklahoma Annual Meeting & Trade Show

The 35th Environmental Federation of Oklahoma Annual Meeting and Trade Show is scheduled 19–21 October 2026 at the Embassy Suites, Norman, Oklahoma.

The organizer describes the meeting as oriented toward Oklahoma’s environmental regulated community, covering current technologies and information on environmental, safety, and natural and cultural resources compliance. Speakers listed on the official event page include Rob Singletary, DEQ Executive Director, and Scott Mason, EPA Region 6 Administrator.

The programme kicks off on 19 October with the Annual Golf Tournament at Westwood in Norman (lunch from 11:30 am, shotgun start 1:00 pm). Conference sessions begin at 8:30 AM on 20 and 21 October. The Frank Condon Award for Environmental Excellence is presented at the Tuesday luncheon, and the EFO Annual Business Meeting closes the programme on Wednesday afternoon.

The Exhibition Hall listed 45 booths and was reported sold out as of 14 August 2026. Registration includes continental breakfast, breaks, lunch and drinks. Early-bird pricing ends 18 September 2026. The Embassy Suites group rate ends 28 September 2026.
