Expo Lighting America
Expo Lighting America (ELA) was Mexico’s lighting trade hub (2011–2021). RX announced the show would not continue from 2022, including the November annual HUB. The official site now hosts the farewell notice plus community/blog content; no future exhibition is scheduled.

Expo Lighting America — closed
Expo Lighting America (ELA) was a lighting industry meeting point in Mexico for about eleven years (from the first edition in February 2011). Organizer RX (formerly Reed Exhibitions) stated on the official website that industry needs no longer matched the ELA format.
Official decision (2022)
The organizer wrote that the event would not take place from 2022, including the annual HUB planned for November that year. Industry press (Iluminet, 17 April 2023; AVI Latinoamérica, 26 September 2022) reported the same farewell: after roughly a decade, Expo Lighting America cierra un ciclo.
The last hybrid community programs (SPOT / Hub) ran around 2020–2021. Historical in-person editions were associated with Centro Citibanamex, Mexico City.
What the website is now
expolightingamerica.com remains online as a lighting community / blog hub (LIT calendar of other lighting events, #ShareLight bulletin, Insights & Inspiration books). It does not list a new Expo Lighting America trade-fair edition.
