FHA – Food & Hospitality Asia is Asia's leading international food & hospitality mega event, organised by Informa Markets. The next edition runs 20–23 April 2027 at Singapore Expo, Singapore. FHA covers the full spectrum of the food, beverage and hospitality industries through 12 specialised segments, including Food & Beverage (co-located with ProWine Singapore), HoReCa, convenience food, halal, seafood, fresh produce and hospitality technology. New initiatives on the showfloor include FutureFWD, a 4-day conference and showcase on next-gen innovations from AI and robotics; IndusFood, a zone focused on India's growing F&B sector; and the Young Chefs Grand Prix competition for chefs aged 25 and below. Attendees span global brands, distributors, importers and manufacturers from across Asia and beyond, supported by regional buyer recruitment programmes such as 300+ buyers brought in from Southeast Asia.
