Fi India 2026 | India's Leading Food Ingredients Event

Fi India is India's leading food ingredients event, organised by Informa Markets as part of the global Fi (Food Ingredients) series and co-located with ProPak India. It brings together food and beverage manufacturers with suppliers of ingredients, and is expected to draw more than 15,000 attendees and over 400 exhibiting companies from more than 50 countries across three days. Key sectors span bakery and confectionery, food supplements and nutraceuticals, beverages, dairy, pharma, natural products and herbal remedies, healthy food and beverages, sauces and seasonings. The programme includes the Fi India Conference and the Fi India Awards recognising achievement in the food and beverage industry. The 2027 edition runs 29 September to 1 October 2027 at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bengaluru.
