The homepage still promotes this as the nation’s celebration of health and fitness, with 12+ competitions under one roof (functional fitness / Rainhill Trials, kick-boxing, Driathlon, Strongman and Strongwoman, NABBA Universe and Fit X bodybuilding finals, BPU powerlifting, calisthenics, arm wrestling, disabled Strongman/woman, and Just Lift weightlifting).

Visitors are invited to watch elite athletes, collect samples from 100+ supplement and fitness brands, use exclusive show discounts, and attend an education stage plus interactive demos and workshops. The organiser describes FitXPO as family-friendly (children 14 and under free with a paying adult). Tickets are non-refundable; group discounts (6+) were offered via Ticket Quarter.
