Food Hygiene Innovation Exhibition

The Food Hygiene Innovation Exhibition (食品衛生 EXPO) is a concurrent show within Food Factory Week Osaka 2026 (食品工場Week大阪), organised by RX Japan at INTEX Osaka. The 2026 edition runs from 30 September to 2 October 2026.

The exhibition focuses on technologies and solutions that solve food-hygiene challenges across food manufacturing and processing plants — including sanitation and cleaning management, HACCP compliance systems, foreign-object and appearance (visual) inspection, hygiene monitoring, and contamination-control equipment.

As part of Food Factory Week, it sits alongside shows covering factory automation & DX, food-loss reduction, environment improvement and resource circulation, drawing food manufacturers from western Japan for business discussions and technical consultations with exhibitors.
