FoodTech - Food Technology & Manufacturing Solutions

FoodTech brings together food manufacturing and technology solutions for Australia's food and beverage industry. The most recent Queensland edition, FoodTech Qld 2025, ran 19–20 June 2025 at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre.

The exhibition floor featured 140+ suppliers across food science, ingredients, manufacturing software, packaging machinery and processing equipment, alongside a two-day conference program. Organisers reported more than 3,000 food manufacturing and production professionals attending.

Diversified Communications Australia positions FoodTech as a marketplace for growth, innovation, efficiency, supply chain, workforce skills and sustainability. Product categories include ingredients and additives, processing equipment, science and technology, IT and digital factories, packaging machinery and supplies, supply chain, distribution and warehousing, business services, and plant equipment.

The official site states that FoodTech will return to Brisbane in July 2028 (FoodTech Brisbane — agrifood transformation). Specific 2028 dates and venue hall have not been published yet; the 2025 Gold Coast dates and venue remain the last confirmed edition.
