FRESKON is the international trade exhibition for fresh fruits and vegetables, organised at the Thessaloniki International Exhibition & Congress Center (TIF-HELEXPO).
The next edition runs 15-17 April 2027. Opening hours: Thursday and Friday 10:00-19:00, Saturday 10:00-17:00. Entrance is free for professionals who register in advance.
The organiser describes FRESKON as a gateway for fresh produce into international markets, aiming to highlight exceptional products, promote trade and exports, and expand industry collaborations through a targeted B2B meeting programme, international conferences, parallel events, and presentations of innovative products.
Parallel programmes include FreshConMarket (producers and organised retail) and a table-grape feature returning for FRESKON 2027.
