GASTexpo - the International Specialised Fairs of Tastes - is Slovenia's central professional HoReCa event, held as a hybrid fair at the Gospodarsko razstavisce (GR) exhibition centre in Ljubljana. The 20th edition takes place February 3-6, 2027, running alongside the Alpe-Adria tourism and leisure show. Exhibitors from gastronomy, hospitality, beverages, coffee and ice cream present products and services to trade visitors, with competitions, tastings and an accompanying professional programme.
