GB Charities Bull & Oyster Roast is the flagship annual fundraising gala hosted by GB Charities, a Maryland nonprofit that funds tuition for children from low-income families at accredited faith-based schools. Now a 30+ year Baltimore tradition, the roast features a classic bull roast and raw oyster bar, live music, dancing, raffles, and a silent auction. The 2027 edition takes place on Saturday, January 30, 2027, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the Exhibition Hall at the Maryland State Fairgrounds, 2200 York Road, Timonium, MD. All proceeds support GB Charities' scholarship mission.
