About GRPC 2027

The Global Refining & Petrochemicals Congress (GRPC) is a leading strategic platform focused on the future of refining, petrochemicals and the wider downstream value chain. Across ten editions, GRPC has brought together government, industry, technology, research and capital to address critical challenges spanning capacity, integration, digitalisation, circularity, decarbonisation and industrial transformation.

Entering its 11th edition, GRPC 2027 moves beyond analysing industry trends to shaping the decisions that will define the downstream sector. It connects policymakers, boardrooms, traders, operators, technology providers and researchers.

Dates and venue

GRPC 2027 (11th Edition) takes place on 15–16 July 2027 at Hotel Le Méridien, New Delhi.

The programme spans two conference days of keynotes, executive dialogues, technical forums and industry-led discussions, covering geopolitics and chokepoints, feedstock optionality, refinery flexibility, digital twins and AI, supply-chain resilience, process safety, and India’s refining-to-molecule-hub advantage. An evening programme includes the Downstream India Awards 2027 and a GRPC networking reception.
