Good Earth Home, Garden & Living Show — Eugene, Oregon

Dates: 15–17 January 2027 (next edition) Venue: Lane Events Center — Convention Center, 796 W. 13th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97402 City: Eugene, Oregon, United States Organizer: Berg Productions Admission: Free with a canned-food donation to FOOD for Lane County

The Good Earth Home, Garden & Living Show is Oregon's premier sustainable-lifestyle consumer event — a three-day expo where homeowners, renters and gardeners discover ideas, experts and products to "leave a lighter footprint." Held each January at the Lane Events Center in Eugene, it brings together more than 220 exhibits and 55 sustainable-living seminars under one roof.

Pavilions & what's inside

The show is organised into themed pavilions so visitors can navigate by interest:

  • Good Home & Garden Pavilions — builders, remodelers and landscapers ready to talk through your project.
  • Good Garden Pavilion — the tools, plants and materials to design a sustainable landscape.
  • Good Food Pavilion — sample and shop organic, gluten-free and GMO-free foods and beverages.
  • Good Living & Wellness Pavilion — healthy living, clothing and personal care.
  • Good2Recycle — resources and ideas to reduce, reuse and recycle at home.

Why people go

  • Tiny houses — tour adorable, fully built tiny homes and talk to the builders.
  • Live music — the KEZI-9 Good Earth Music Stage runs across the weekend, including young performers from GRRRLZ ROCK.
  • Family fun — meet baby alpacas and 4-H small animals, see the signature "Chickens over the Aisle," and drop into MECCA crafting sessions for kids (with an adult).
  • Green tech — electric-vehicle daily meet-ups, solar systems and demonstrations of green technology for the home.
  • Expert advice — meet home- and garden contractors and master gardeners, and learn from beekeepers and sustainable-living speakers.

Community & giving

Admission and parking are free when you bring canned-food donations benefiting FOOD for Lane County. The show also runs a charitable match: Berg Productions has historically matched donations to ShelterBoxUSA (up to $10,000 "at show") to aid families displaced by natural disasters, alongside the "Hope and Strength" photography exhibition telling those communities' stories.

Show hours

  • Friday 5:00–9:00 pm
  • Saturday 10:00 am–8:00 pm
  • Sunday 10:00 am–5:00 pm

Planning your visit

The Good Earth show is the January anchor of the Eugene Home Show Series produced by Berg Productions (alongside the Spring Lane County Home & Garden Show and the Fall Lane County Home Improvement Show). Exhibitor directories, seminar schedules and ticketing/open details are published on the organizer's site ahead of each edition. Bring a bag of non-perishable food, wear comfortable shoes, and plan a full day — the Saturday hours run late for after-work visitors.
