PHILLY-FM 2026 (Greater Philadelphia Buildings Engineering & Facility Maintenance Show)
Official next edition: Wednesday, 18 November 2026, 9:00am–2:00pm, at Greater Philadelphia Expo Center — Hall A, 100 Station Avenue, Oaks, PA 19456, USA. Admission is free for attendees.
The show serves plant and facility engineering, plant management, and buildings/facility maintenance professionals from Greater Philadelphia, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and Southern New Jersey. Exhibitors cover energy, operations, regulatory compliance, critical facilities, sustainable buildings, predictive maintenance, emergency planning, safety and security, and related building services.
Exhibitor move-in is Tuesday 17 November 2026 (12:00pm–6:00pm) and Wednesday 18 November 2026 (7:00am–8:00am). Show hours are 9:00am–2:00pm; move-out is 2:00pm–4:00pm the same day.
