The GCNKAA 2027 Trade Show is Wednesday, March 24, 2027, from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM EDT at the Sharonville Convention Center, 11355 Chester Road, Cincinnati, OH 45246.

The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade organization. It represents 200+ companies that own or manage more than 100,000 apartment homes in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area, and provides legislative support, education, networking, and community outreach for the local multifamily industry.

Admission policy (strictly enforced): Associate members (vendors) who are not an exhibiting company and are not a sponsor will not be admitted onto the trade show floor. All staff of GCNKAA property owner and management companies (Primary and Honorary members) are free to attend. The complete admission policy PDF is linked from the official event page.
