The Hard Water Ice Fishing Expo is a consumer ice-fishing show hosted at the National Sports Center (NSC) in Blaine, Minnesota. The NSC’s own coverage of the 11th edition (17–19 November 2023) describes it as an annual gathering for ice anglers to preview gear before lakes freeze.
Exhibitors typically include ice-fishing tackle, electronics, ice houses and wheelhouses, snowmobiles and ATVs, plus resorts and guide services. NSC highlighted a large wheelhouse display and seminars led by CLAM Ice Team pros covering technology, lake trout, perch, panfish, and wheelhouse tips.
The former dedicated event URL (nscsports.org/hardwaterexpo) now returns 404. NSC’s live events calendar lists sports tournaments and expos at campus halls but does not currently publish a next Hard Water Ice Fishing Expo edition. Last dates confirmed on the official NSC site remain 17–19 November 2023. Do not treat a 2026 date as announced until NSC republishes the show page.
