Harvest Wine and Music Festival, Albuquerque

The Harvest Wine & Music Festival is the Labor Day weekend event of New Mexico Wine (the New Mexico Wine Growers Association), which has run wine festivals in Albuquerque and Las Cruces for more than 30 years. The Albuquerque edition pairs pouring stations from award-winning and boutique New Mexico wineries with live bands and DJs, food, and handmade goods, and is described by the organiser as one of the largest wine festivals in the country.

• Dates: Saturday 5 to Monday 7 September 2026 (Labor Day weekend)
• Hours: 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. daily
• Venue: Balloon Fiesta Park, Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States
• Age policy: 21 and over only
• VIP upgrade available on Saturday and Sunday: extra sampling and sales stations in a VIP tent, exclusive wines, a dedicated food vendor, upgraded glass, air-conditioned restrooms, reserved seating and VIP Tent access 12-6 p.m. with wine service 1-4 p.m.
• A Las Cruces edition runs on the same weekend at the Southern New Mexico State Fairgrounds, where all ages are welcome

Notes

• The organiser's festivals page currently says only "Festival details posting soon" and has not published dates for the next (2027) edition, so this entry carries the 2026 edition.
• The organiser has posted a vendor scam warning: fraudulent parties have been offering vendor spaces for New Mexico Wine events and requesting payment, and applications and payments are only accepted through official channels.
