Hawaii Hotel & Restaurant Show

The Hawai'i Hotel & Restaurant Show is Hawai'i's largest hospitality trade show, returning for its 7th annual edition. The 2027 show runs June 16–17, 2027 at the Neal Blaisdell Center Exhibition Hall in Honolulu, Hawaii. Doors are open 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM on June 16 and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on June 17. The event is open to hospitality and restaurant professionals and brings together 200+ exhibitors covering foodservice equipment, supplies, technology, food, and services for hotels, restaurants, and foodservice operations. Attendees can discover new products, watch live demos, and network with industry peers. Online registration is available for both exhibitors and attendees. The show is organized in partnership with the Hawai'i Lodging & Tourism Association and Star Events (a division of Oahu Publications, Inc.).
