Trade Show

HIA-LI’s next Trade Show is coming in May 2027 to Suffolk County Community College — Suffolk Credit Union Arena in Brentwood, New York.

The annual business trade show and conference is organized by HIA-LI (Hauppauge Industrial Association of Long Island). Official pages currently list the 2027 edition as coming in May 2027 at this arena; a specific show day has not yet been published.

There are four ways to take part:

• Sponsor: company recognition and logo placement (by sponsorship level), a customizable exhibit booth, the post-show attendee list with emails, and exclusive tickets for executive programming and seminars.
• Exhibit: sell products and services to thousands of business professionals, including decision makers, with more than 350 exhibit booths on the show floor.
• Executive programming: start the day with featured speakers.
• Seminars, speed networking, and walk the trade show exhibit hall: breakout sessions on sales, marketing, business development, technology, products and services, plus a popular speed-networking program.

Walk-the-floor registration, exhibitor and sponsorship information, and an interactive trade show form are linked from the official page. Executive luncheon, seminars, and speed networking listings are marked coming soon.
