Annual Meeting & Exposition

The Annual Meeting & Exposition (formerly the Home Care and Hospice Conference and Expo) is the flagship annual gathering of the National Alliance for Care at Home, uniting leaders across the home health, hospice, palliative, Medicaid HCBS and home care continuum. The 2026 edition runs October 27-30 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. Pre-conference workshops begin Tuesday, October 27; education sessions and the opening keynote start Wednesday afternoon, October 28; and the conference concludes Friday, October 30 at 1:15 p.m. The program features keynotes, poster presentations, pre-conference workshops, expanded education across all Alliance Centers of Excellence, and an exhibit hall (Expo) for care-at-home solutions.
