About

The Hospitality Show is produced by Questex and powered by AHLA (American Hotel & Lodging Association). It is the hotel industry gathering for owners, operators, brands, and solution providers focused on operations, revenue, technology, workforce, and guest experience.

Six solution-driven pavilions: Design, Food & Beverage, Commercial, Hospitality Services & Strategy, Technology, and Operations. The 2026 edition moves to Miami Beach with a pavilion-based floor plan, pavilion lounges, curated 1:1 meetings, and one Center Stage on the expo floor. The show lists 400+ solution providers and 100+ industry experts.

• Miami Nights Party: Monday 2 November 17:30–20:30, Miami Beach Convention Center Grand Foyer

Exhibitor move-in: 31 October–2 November 08:00–17:00 (clean floor 17:00 on 2 November). Move-out: 4 November 16:00–22:00 and 5 November 08:00–12:00.

Who should attend

Hotel owners and owner-operators, franchisee groups, third-party management companies, asset managers and investment leaders, operations and revenue leaders, technology, procurement and FF&E buyers, hotel brands and industry partners. Attendees must be 21+.

Registration and housing

Register on the official site. Early-bird rates were advertised through 31 August; AHLA members receive additional discounts on Expo and All Access passes. Buy 5 All Access passes, get the 6th free in one transaction.
