Hotel Summit & Expo

2026 Hotel Summit & Expo, presented by the Colorado Real Estate Journal, was held on April 15, 2026 from 12:00 pm to 4:45 pm at The Cable Center in Denver, Colorado. The half-day conference convened hospitality industry leaders for panels on the state of the national and Colorado lodging industry, broker market updates and recent hotel transactions, brand updates and new hotel concepts, hotel design and construction, finance and valuation, and development and investment. It offered four hours of approved Colorado real estate continuing education credit and included networking plus an expo hall.
