IAW — International Trade Fair for Retail Promotions and Imports

The IAW trade fair in Cologne is the leading platform for promotional and imported goods. The 41st edition takes place from 8 to 10 September 2026 at Koelnmesse (Cologne Exhibition Grounds), in halls 6 and 9. The show is held twice a year, in March and September.

IAW attracts around 6,000 trade visitors from a wide range of retail sectors and about 80 countries, with over 300 international exhibitors from nearly 30 countries presenting on 30,000 m² of exhibition space. It is a B2B order fair for promotional goods, imports, private label and e-commerce, organised by Nordwestdeutsche Messegesellschaft Bremen-Hannover mbH.

Visitor opening hours

• 8–9 September 2026: 09:00–18:00
• 10 September 2026 (last day): 09:00–15:00

Exhibitor hours: 07:00–19:00. Admission is for qualified trade visitors only (VAT ID or trade licence required). Tickets are free and available online only via the official ticket shop.
