IAW - International Trade Fair for Retail Promotions and Imports

The IAW trade fair in Cologne is the leading platform for promotional and imported goods. The 41st edition takes place from 8 to 10 September 2026 at the Cologne Exhibition Center (Koelnmesse), in halls 6 and 9. It is held twice a year, in March and September.

IAW attracts around 6,000 trade visitors from a wide range of retail sectors and roughly 80 countries, plus over 300 international exhibitors from almost 30 countries presenting on 30,000 m² of exhibition space. It is the ultimate meeting place to discover the latest trends and products in the world of retail.

• Tuesday and Wednesday: 09:00 - 18:00
• Thursday (last day): 09:00 - 15:00

Admission is free for qualified trade visitors; tickets are available online only via the official ticket shop.
