Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show - Ice Cream Alliance

The Ice Cream & Artisan Food Show is the only UK trade show dedicated to ice cream and artisan food. The 2027 edition takes place 9-10 February 2027 at the NEC (National Exhibition Centre), Birmingham, UK. Across two days it welcomes more than 7,000 trade visitors and brings together every supplier the sector needs in one hall - machinery, ingredients, packaging, toppings, waffle and cone suppliers, plus a full programme of talks and live demonstrations for ice cream makers and artisan food producers.
