2028 IEEE PES T&D | IEEE PES T&D

IEEE PES Transmission and Distribution Conference and Exposition (IEEE PES T&D) is the IEEE Power & Energy Society’s flagship conference and trade show for the global power and energy community.

The official site currently promotes the next edition: 2028 IEEE PES T&D, 24–27 April 2028, Atlanta, Georgia, USA (“save the date”). A named exhibition hall has not been published yet—only the host city.

The previous edition, 2026 IEEE PES T&D in Chicago, is described as the largest and most successful IEEE event in IEEE history, with more than 18,000 professionals, 933 exhibitors (36% first-time), representation from 89+ countries, 100+ sessions, 600+ speakers, and a 20% increase in utility attendance versus 2024 T&D.
