The IFTDO World Congress & Exhibition is the flagship annual gathering of the International Federation of Training and Development Organisations (IFTDO), bringing together the global talent, learning and development community.

52nd edition - Kingdom of Bahrain. Bahrain will host the 52nd IFTDO World Congress & Exhibition at Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir. The event is built around the guiding theme "Leadership Harmony, Innovation, and Sustainability Through People", structured across three signature days: The Symphony (relationship-led engagement and workplace coherence), Champions Success (performance, governance and leadership execution), and Ideas Worth Spreading (future-facing ideas turned into actionable prototypes).

The congress runs alongside the inaugural associated exhibition, the Festival of Work, a curated marketplace of ideas, tools and applied practices, plus open and closed workshops, masterclasses and small-group roundtables.
