Frontiers in Service Conference

Frontiers in Service is the world's leading annual conference for service research, founded in 1992 and organized by the AMA Service SIG (SERVSIG) with the Center of Excellence in Service at the University of Maryland. The 2026 edition was held June 29–July 2, 2026 at the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland, themed 'Serving with SISU: Sustainability, Inclusion, and Societal Uplift.' The 2027 host and dates are to be announced; the conference rotates host institutions each year.
