International Bulk Wine & Spirits Show (IBWSS) San Francisco

The International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show (IBWSS) is North America's leading trade show and conference dedicated exclusively to bulk wine, bulk spirits, private label beverages, contract production, and beverage supply chain solutions. Organized by Beverage Trade Network (BTN), the event returns to San Francisco for its 10th edition on July 27-28, 2027 at the South San Francisco Conference Center (255 South Airport Boulevard), under the theme "The Business of Better Sourcing."

The two-day event connects bulk wine and spirits suppliers, wineries, distilleries, contract producers, private-label specialists, bottlers, co-packers and service providers with buyers actively looking for new products and reliable supply partners. It features more than 100 exhibitors, over 30 industry speakers and 16 buyer-led conference sessions covering sourcing, product development, private labels, contract production, packaging, supply chains, consumer trends and profitable growth.

Show hours: July 27, 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; July 28, 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. The show uses a simple tabletop exhibition format with no extra charges for table, chairs or Wi-Fi. Attendees include retailers, national and regional chains, importers, distributors, hospitality groups, brand owners, wineries, distilleries, breweries, entrepreneurs and brokers.
