International Congress and Exhibition Pharma Qazaqstan & Central Asia

Pharma Qazaqstan & Central Asia was an annual international congress and exhibition for the pharmaceutical industry of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and the wider Central Asia region, organised by Vostock Capital UK (Unit C, Toronto House, Surrey Quays Rd, London; +44 207 394 3090). Editions ran in 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 (4th). The two-day programme brought together 250+ senior executives from pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, regulators, technology licensors, engineering and construction companies, and investors, and presented 20+ major investment projects for the construction and modernisation of pharmaceutical production in Kazakhstan - among them the EIPICO (ACDIMA) full-cycle biopharmaceutical plant in Karaganda region, JSC Nobel Almaty Pharmaceutical Factory, KFK Medservice Plyus, LLP Merusar and K (nonwovens, Pavlodar SEZ), LLP Global Service Company XXI (dialysers, Aktobe) and LLP Dolce (medical gloves, Almaty region). Speakers and VIP guests included Roche Kazakhstan, AMITY International, Qazaq Implant, Bioquintes, Geropharm Kazakhstan, Pharm&Access and the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with onsite visits and structured networking.

Discontinuation evidence (verified 24 September 2026). The official website pharmaqazaqstan.com no longer serves the event: every path now returns HTTP 301 to a domain-for-sale listing (expireddomains.com, brokered by Afternic/GoDaddy, USD 195) - the domain is parked and no longer under the organiser's control; the last Wayback capture with real event content is 14 January 2026. No successor official site exists. The organiser Vostock Capital is demonstrably active - its own events calendar lists 11 upcoming congresses from September 2026 to June 2027, including two Kazakhstan events (Mining Congress Qazaqstan, Astana, 12-13 May 2027; Thermal Power Plants Central Asia, Astana, 23-24 June 2027) - but the Pharma Qazaqstan brand has been removed from that calendar. Its Central Asia pharma slot is now the separate 'Pharma Uzbekistan & Central Asia' series (pharmauz.com, Tashkent, own 2022-2026 lineage). No 2027 edition has been announced anywhere by the organiser; only directory auto-projections ('on April 2027 (?)') exist.
