HoReCa Uzbekistan is Uzbekistan's dedicated trade exhibition for the restaurant, cafe, bar and hotel catering sector, bringing together equipment makers, food and beverage suppliers, franchise operators, technology vendors and service providers with buyers from across Central Asia.

Venue

The exhibition pavilions of Uzexpocentre meet international standards for large exhibition events. Uzexpocentre also offers a conference hall, open exhibition areas and modern exhibition equipment, and is located close to hotels including Hotel Expo and International Hotel Tashkent, with cafes and restaurants on site.

Market context

Uzbekistan is the largest consumer market in Central Asia, with a population of 37.5 million in 2025. Foreign trade turnover reached USD 81.17 billion in 2025, up 20.7% year on year. In 2025 the country counted 26,400 commercial food-service enterprises with a combined annual turnover of UZS 237.6 trillion, an increase of 14.7% over 2024 — and Tashkent is establishing itself as the gastronomic capital of Central Asia.

Previous edition

The 2026 edition — FoodWeek & HoReCa Uzbekistan 2026 — ran 3–5 June 2026 at Uzexpocentre Pavilion 3 with more than 50 companies from Uzbekistan, Russia, China, the Republic of Korea and Kazakhstan presenting food and beverages, ingredients, processing and bottling equipment, packaging and HoReCa technologies.
