Organized by the Guangdong Coatings and Inks Industry Association and China Coatings United International Exhibition (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., ICIE has been dedicated to the coatings industry since 2003 (UFI-audited since 2012). The 2027 edition continues that platform for coatings, inks and adhesives raw materials, production/testing/packaging equipment, UV/EB curing, powder coatings, surface treatment and environmental services.

Product scope (official): film-forming materials (resins, emulsions, curing agents), fillers, additives, pigments, solvents, nano materials; mixing/grinding/packaging and smart manufacturing equipment; QC and R&D instruments; industrial, architectural, specialty and environmentally friendly coatings; UV/EB materials and equipment; adhesives, sealants and inks; wastewater/waste-gas treatment and safety equipment.

The organizer expects about 15,000 m², 500+ exhibitors and 30,000+ professional visitors, with 20+ concurrent forums (including the Raw Materials of Coatings Selection Conference). The previous edition ran 10–12 June 2026 at the same complex.
