IHFF — International Health, Sports, Fitness and Wellness Trade Show

IHFF is a 3-day trade fair billed as a major expo in health, wellness, sports and fitness. The organiser states that the show year on year provides a platform for brands to scale, network with dealers and distributors, and reach fitness enthusiasts and trade visitors.

The next edition listed on the official site is Mumbai 2026, 18–20 December, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. A later Delhi edition is also shown on the official dates banner: 11–13 June 2027 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
