57th International HVAC&R Congress and Exhibition

The International Congress and Exhibition on KGH is a regular annual event with a long tradition of bringing together experts, engineers, researchers, equipment manufacturers and other professionals from the Republic of Serbia and the world involved in energy systems in buildings, cities and industry - above all in the sector of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R). The 57th edition is held on December 9-11, 2026 in Hall 4, Belgrade Fair.

During the Congress and Exhibition, participants get acquainted with the latest technologies, innovations and development directions in thermotechnics, and can network and exchange knowledge with HVAC&R-sector experts.

Deadlines for authors

• Abstract submission: September 1, 2026
• Abstract acceptance notification: September 10, 2026
• Full paper submission: October 15, 2026
• Paper acceptance / revision notification: November 1, 2026
• PP presentation submission: November 30, 2026

Papers are submitted to [email protected]. The congress proceedings are published with a corresponding ISBN, and accepted papers may receive a DOI. A number of published papers are proposed for further publication in the journal Facta Universitatis (impact factor 11.8).

Congress fee (VAT included) is 20,000 RSD for Serbian citizens, 15,000 RSD for Serbian HVAC&R Society members, 400 EUR for foreign citizens, and 200 EUR for citizens of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and North Macedonia. Presenting authors are exempted from the congress fee.
