The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) 2027 will take place January 26-28, 2027 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. IPPE is the world's largest annual poultry and egg, meat and animal food industry event, bringing together decision-makers to find business solutions, network, and learn about technology and industry issues. The expo comprises three co-located shows: the International Poultry Expo (IPE), the International Feed Expo (IFE) and the International Meat Expo (IME). The 2027 edition is expected to feature more than 1,200 exhibitors, over 626,000 square feet of exhibit space, and more than 32,000 attendees. Featured programs include the International Poultry Scientific Forum, the Latin American Poultry Summit (January 25, 2027), the Pet Food Conference, the College Student Career Program, the Ph.D./Vet Student Career Fair, and the Young Leaders Under 30 Award.
