ISM Annual Conference & Expo

ISM (IT Solutions Management for Human Services) Education Conference & Expo is produced annually by APHSA (American Public Human Services Association). The 2025 edition was held September 14-17, 2025 at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, Nevada. It is the premier forum for health and human services (HHS) technology leaders - federal, state, and local agencies plus the vendor community - to share IT solutions, innovations, and best practices for integrated eligibility and service delivery. The official site has moved to aphsa.org/events/ism-conference/ (formerly ismconference.com). Next edition dates are to be announced.
