About the event

ITC Vegas is the world's largest gathering for insurance innovation and the flagship event of InsureTech Connect — the meeting point where carriers, insurtechs, brokers, solution providers, investors and regulators converge to shape the future of insurance. The 2026 edition returns to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from 29 September to 1 October 2026.

Across three days the show brings together 9,000+ attendees, 1,900+ carriers, 600+ exhibitors and 500+ speakers across 14 content stages and 200+ hours of programming. It is the single most important gathering for the global insurance-technology ecosystem.

What's on the agenda

The 2026 program is built around three editorial pillars — Growth, Operational Efficiency and Strategic Foresight — supported by curated summits and deep dives. Highlights include:

• Main Stage keynotes & fireside chats — the headline narrative of the industry's next chapter.
• AI in Insurance — a dedicated track on real-world use cases, benefits and what comes next for AI-native insurance.
• Data & Intelligence, Customer Experience, and Emerging Risks topical summits.
• ITC Life, Health & Benefits — programming for the L&H and group-benefits community.
• ITC LATAM — Spanish- and Portuguese-language sessions showcasing Latin American insurance innovation (a full day of LATAM content plus a dedicated expo-floor neighborhood).
• ITC Agents — a separate-ticket conference and expo designed exclusively for independent agents.
• ITC Brokers — a broker-focused neighborhood with a full day of content and its own Town Square.

Tuesday 29 September is now a full conference day — the Kickoff Summit Day — with rebalanced content designed to maximise participation when demand and focus are highest.

Neighborhoods & networking

The expo floor is organised into themed neighborhoods so attendees can "find their flock" — ITC LATAM, ITC Brokers, ITC L&A + Group Benefits, ITC Agents and more, each with its own stage, lounge, Town Square and activations (penalty-kick challenges, foosball tournaments and happy hours). Beyond the stages, the show is engineered for deal-making:

• Startup Pitch Competition — early-stage insurtechs compete for visibility and capital.

Ticketing

ITC Vegas is a full-conference experience — there are no single-day or expo-only passes. Attendance is paid; ITC LATAM content and the LATAM neighborhood are included with standard ITC Vegas tickets (ITC Agents is sold separately).
