Jacksonville Home + Patio Show 2027

The 58th Annual Jacksonville Home + Patio Show returns March 5-7, 2027 at the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center (1000 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL). Produced by Marketplace Events, this spring tradition draws more than 30,000 attendees and 375 exhibitors.

Visitors shop in-person with real people for home-related products and services - from appliances, kitchens and bathrooms to patio and outdoor displays - compare exclusive show deals, and meet industry experts face-to-face for project advice. Feature attractions include stage presentations, DIY workshops, unique displays, new products and family-friendly activities.

One-day admission passes are valid for entry on any single show day: Adults 13+ $13; Seniors 60+ $5 (box office only, with ID); Children 6-12 $5. Veterans, active/retired military, first responders, nurses, teachers, school employees and children aged 5 and under are FREE with valid ID.

On-site parking is available behind the convention center for $12 per day. Enter through the Bay Street entrance only.

Show hours: Friday and Saturday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM; Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
