The Kansas City Tattoo Arts Festival is an annual three-day celebration of tattoo culture and body art, organized by Villain Arts. The 11th edition took place May 1–3, 2026 at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center, 2345 McGee St, Kansas City, MO. The festival features world-class tattoo artists and piercers, daily tattoo competitions, specialist vendors, live entertainment and sideshow performances, and welcomes both industry professionals and the general public. Future editions are typically announced later in the year.
