Lee China - International Enzyme Industry Expo (上海国际酵素产业展 / 上海酵博会, LEE CHINA) is China's leading professional trade show for the enzyme industry, covering enzyme products and drinks, enzyme foods, daily-care enzymes, agricultural enzymes, enzyme production equipment, packaging and health plant beverages. Organized by the China Bioproduction & Fermentation Industry Association (中国生物发酵产业协会). The 2026 edition was held on 6-8 August 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), 2345 Longyang Road, Pudong, Shanghai, with about 360 exhibitors and 40,000 visitors across 20,000 sqm.
