The Landlord Investment Show Bristol is the South West edition of the National Landlord Investment Show, the UK's leading landlord and property investment exhibition and media platform. Run by LIS Media Ltd (founded 2013), the show series brings together professional landlords, property investors, developers and property service providers for free expert-led education, networking and supplier sourcing. The Bristol edition of 2026 is the 101st live show in the series.

The show is aimed at landlords running portfolios (visitors own an average of 6 to 14 properties), investors and developers, and covers legal advice, finance, investment opportunities, insurance, tax, property management, education and mentoring, proptech, furnishings and decor.

2026 edition

• Date: 30 September 2026 - Ashton Gate Stadium (home of Bristol City FC), Ashton Road, Bristol BS3 2EJ; drivers are asked to use postcode BS3 2LQ. The stadium sits inside Bristol's Clean Air Zone, so non-compliant vehicles may be charged.
• Agenda: doors open 9:00 - 9:30am; exhibition hall opens 9:30am; seminars commence 10:00am; final seminars of the day 3:30pm
• Programme: 50+ exhibitors, 25+ seminars, panel debates, Renters' Rights Act training and a morning networking event
• Entry is free with registration

Why it matters in 2026

The show focuses on the legislative and regulatory changes reshaping the private rented sector, in particular the Renters' Rights Act and Making Tax Digital, alongside tenancy law, digital tax reporting and higher standards of professionalism and compliance.
