London Christmas Party Show

The London Christmas Party Show is a free two-day creative trade show for event agents and corporate event buyers sourcing festive venues, suppliers and Christmas party ideas. The most recent published edition ran 16–17 June 2026 at Protein Studios, 31 New Inn Yard, London EC2A 3EY (Shoreditch). Next-edition dates have not been announced on the official site yet.

Organised by Story Events, the show is in its 12th year and brings together 150+ London event venues and suppliers. Visitors can network, sample complimentary food and drink, and join seminar, workshop and wellness programmes.

Opening times (2026 edition)

• Tuesday 16 June — Agents’ Evening, 16:00–20:00 (event agents, press and industry guests)
• Wednesday 17 June — Event Buyers’ Day, 08:30–17:00 (corporate event buyers)

Tickets are free; visitor registration is via the official Visit page. Entry is aimed at qualified event buyers; venues and suppliers cannot attend as guests.

Venue

Protein Studios spans six interconnected studios in Shoreditch, near Shoreditch High Street, Liverpool Street and Old Street stations.
