LRA Expo

The LRA Showcase is the Louisiana Restaurant Association's annual hospitality and foodservice tradeshow. The 73rd Annual LRA Showcase was held July 25–26, 2026 in Hall I of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, featuring hundreds of exhibitors, world-class culinary competitions (Bocuse d'Or Americas Selection, Pastry World Cup Americas Selection, Great American Seafood Cook-Off) and business education sessions. The next edition date has not yet been announced. This record renews the last confirmed edition.
