The Maine Rural Water Association (MRWA) is a non-profit that supports public water and wastewater systems across Maine with training, technical assistance and regulatory compliance help. Its Annual Conference & Trade Show is the association's signature event, bringing utility operators together with the suppliers and service providers they buy from. For a fifth year in a row, MRWA has been voted one of Maine's Best Places to Work.

2026 edition (46th Annual Conference & Trade Show)

• Dates: Tuesday 8 to Thursday 10 December 2026

• Venue: Cross Insurance Center, 515 Main St, Bangor, Maine, United States
• Members sign in first to receive membership pricing on registrations

Trade show and exhibitors

• Premier booths (MRWA Associate Members only): USD 1,250, placed on the trade show floor between dining tables, with an exclusive Tuesday evening trade show; daily prize drawings and the Best Tasting Drinking Water taste test are held in this area
• Member booth USD 775; non-member booth USD 1,100; combination New Member Package (Associate Membership plus Premier Booth) USD 1,700
• All booths sit in the main ballroom, with a large foyer outside for conversations; meals are served on the trade show floor and often coincide with exhibiting times
• A USD 500 non-refundable deposit is due on registration; cancellations must be in writing and credits are only considered if received by 4:30 p.m. Friday 23 October 2026; full exhibitor payment is due by Friday 6 November 2026

Notes

The association also runs a year-round training calendar (exam prep classes, HDPE pipe workshops, chemical feed pump sessions, ME-WARN meetings) plus a 2026 Administrative Summit on 6 October 2026 and the ASCEND Leadership Academy running October 2026 to June 2027.
