Malaysia Career & Training Fair

Malaysia Career & Training Fair (MCTF) is Malaysia's largest career and training fair, held at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Kuala Lumpur. Organized by AIC Exhibitions, it connects job seekers with 100+ exhibitors and 15,000+ job opportunities across business operations (Accounting, Banking, HR, Marketing, Sales) and technical fields (Engineering, Tech, Creative). Partnered with JobStreet, the fair has connected 1.94 million participants with thousands of employers since 2002. Features include free resume clinics, company engagement sessions, the Future Leader Exchange (FLX) mentorship programme, and lucky draws. Recent editions were held 24-25 January 2026 and 25-26 April 2026. The next edition dates have not yet been announced.
