The Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) Congress & Expo is the industry’s premier annual gathering for manufactured housing professionals. The 2027 edition takes place 12–14 April 2027 at Rosen Shingle Creek, 9939 Universal Blvd, Orlando, Florida.

The programme combines educational sessions with industry speakers, networking receptions, and an exhibit floor with more than 100 companies presenting manufactured housing products, services, and technology. Organizers describe the show as covering every segment of the industry, with attendees expected to pick up practical business ideas and expand professional networks.

The 2026 Congress & Expo (7–9 April, Las Vegas) has already concluded. MHI’s official event listing and the CongressAndExpo.com site confirm Orlando as the 2027 host city and Rosen Shingle Creek as the venue.
