MAPIC, organized by RX, is the international retail leasing hub and the premier meeting place for retail real estate professionals. The 2026 edition takes place 3-4 November at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France, expecting 4,000 participants, 1,800 retailers and 200 exhibiting companies from 75 countries. The program features geo-focused conferences (LATAM, India, Middle East, South Africa), retail pitching sessions, the MAPIC Innovation Forum, LeisurUp by MAPIC for the leisure sector, the MAPIC Awards and the DealMaker meeting tool. The 2026 edition puts high street retail center stage with a dedicated zone in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield.
