Meetings Show

The Meetings Show is the UK’s leading exhibition for the events, meetings and incentives (MICE) community, presented by Northstar Meetings Group. Since 2013 it has brought together thousands of event professionals so global suppliers can meet face-to-face with pre-qualified meeting and event planners.

The 2027 edition takes place on Wednesday 23 June (09:30–17:30) and Thursday 24 June (09:30–17:00) at ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, Royal Docks, London E16 1XL, in Halls N2 and N3. Visitor entry is from 09:30 on both days; exhibitors from 08:00 and hosted buyers from 09:00. The show is free to attend for buyers who organise meetings and events.

Exhibitors include hotels, destinations, DMCs, conference centres, venues and technology suppliers, with more than 80 international destinations represented. The programme includes education sessions on marketing, security, AI, experiential design, contract negotiation and sustainability, plus a hosted buyer programme with pre-arranged appointments, complimentary travel and accommodation for eligible buyers, Hosted Buyer Masterclasses (CentrEd at ExCeL) on Tuesday 22 June 2027, and a welcome reception the evening before the show.

The show is co-located with Business Travel Show Europe and Traveltech Show. Buyer registration of interest is open at themeetingsshow.com; full visitor registration opens in 2027. Early-bird exhibitor rates are available until 30 November.
